BHA 2020 Registration Credit FAQ’s

How and when will I receive my credit?

Your credit will be provided as a unique one-time-use code to apply during the registration process for a future Business Group conference or summit, up to and including BHA 2021. You will receive the code when registration opens for the events.

 

What can the credit be used for and by whom?

The credit can be applied to a future Business Group event, up to and including BHA 2021, by anyone at your organization that qualifies to attend. The code is a unique one-time-use code for the event of your choice. The code can be used for:

  • Workforce Strategy 2020 (October 5-7), Nashville
  • Business Health Agenda 2021 (April 7-9), Washington DC
  • Employers may also use the code for upcoming employer summits.

How do I apply my credit when I am registering for a future event?

To apply your one-time-use credit to your new event registration, enter the unique code provided to you in the discount code section on the payment screen at the end of the registration process.

 

When will I receive more information about the BHA webinar series?

You will receive an email invitation as each webinar is scheduled, beginning in the early summer. Participation will be free for all BHA 2020 registrants and Business Group on Health members. Please refer to our website for the most up to date information. The schedule will be updated as webinars are confirmed.

 

Do I need to cancel my hotel room that I booked for BHA 2020?

If you booked within the conference room block at the Marriott Marquis (using the link provided to you on the Business Group website), your hotel reservation was automatically cancelled on your behalf. If you booked outside of our block and/or at another hotel, you need to contact the hotel directly to cancel your reservation.
