How Transatlantic Foreign Policy Cooperation Could Evolve After Brexit, Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, September 3, 2019

There have been major swings in foreign policy in recent years, including the United Kingdom’s pending exit from the European Union as one example. Great Britain has historically served as both an ally to the U.S. on international security issues, as well as a bridge between the country and powers in Europe, where it serves as a major leader. How might that change during this time of uncertainty? The authors of this article discuss what might shift andwhat constants will remain.  It also lists questions that remain to be answered for transatlantic giants like France, Germany, the U.K. and the U.S. after Britain leaves the EU later this fall.

How Governments are Addressing Mental Health Challenges - Spotlight on Malaysia and India. Access and stigma remain barriers to mental health services globally. However, there are signs of progress. Some countries are encouraging local insurers to include mental health coverage in their policies. Two such examples are Malaysia and India. While implementation challenges remain for insurers, employers may wish to review their local plan designs to see if this creates new opportunities for coverage.
