Large Employers' 2019 Health Care Strategy and Plan Design Survey Press Event

This year, the Large Employers’ Health Care Strategy and Plan Design Survey was redesigned to provide insight into large employers’ views on the rapidly changing health care environment. This new information accompanies tried- and- true elements of the survey: critical benchmarking information on health care costs, plan design trends and employer initiatives. These results reflect the perspectives and plan designs of 170 large employers, who collectively employ 13 million people and cover more than 19 million lives.

New GBGH Resource: Global Minimum Core Benefits Business Case and Framework

Leading global companies are evolving their market median-driven benefits strategy to one that has a minimum core level for select benefits. This strategy allows them to become truly global enterprises for benefits that are important to their business and benefit strategies. New Business Group Blog

There are 50 million parents in today’s workforce and more dual-earner households, single parent homes and female breadwinners in 2018 than ever before.

Despite this, a recent survey from Ovia Health featured in NBGH’s recently released Parent Package found that only 65 percent of women working at companies with 1,000 or more employees feel supported in balancing their work and family lives.
