Improving Employee Engagement

Productivity loss resulting from disengaged employees can be a real problem for companies, particularly in a competitive global economy. This GBGH publication highlights global, regional and country-specific data on engagement, discusses cultural and geographical factors that may lead to high or low engagement and offers practical strategies that human resource professionals can use, or encourage leaders and managers to use, to increase workforce engagement.

Approaching Well-being and Health Promotion Globally
